10.1. A chartered appraiser must ensure that none of the activities in which the chartered appraiser engages in connection with an office or within an enterprise, and that does not constitute the practice of the profession of chartered appraiser, compromises compliance with the obligations of professional conduct prescribed by this Code, including honour, dignity and integrity of the profession.
